A delegation of the MRF is in Washington to take part in the Fourth Annual meeting of the Conservative Political Action Conference, the largest and most influential conservative political organisation and forum in the United States, and will also participate in the human trafficking conference.
The event began with a reception organised by CPAC.

At CPAC headquarters, Iskra Mihaylova, Atidzhe Veli, Stanislav Anastasov and Kalin Stoyanov spoke to Matt Schlapp, the executive director of CPAC.

At the event, the MRF delegation also had a conversation with Frank Russo, senior advisor in the administration of Presidential Donald Trump on matters of human dignity and combating human trafficking . The Delegation also held information talks with politicians, and advocates of victims of human trafficking. A main subject of all the conversations was the protection of vulnerable people and prosecution of the perpetrators. Everyone was united around the need for good coordination within the framework of Atlantic partnership to build protection for trafficking victims and trust between partners, as well as prevention of the unregulated use of data from International Cooperation tools.
